Robert Franco - 1972

Robert Franco, 75, a retired federal diversity specialist who served in the Vietnam War as a Navy medic, on April 10, 2018, in Virginia. Mr. Franco was one of the first graduates of the College of Ethnic Studies and served in the Civil Service Commission, Department of Veterans Affairs and in the Office of Personnel Management as a senior executive offering diversity training to military leaders on bases around the world.
