Poulsbo’s Marine Science Center changed its name to the SEA Discovery Center last spring when it became part of Western Washington University. Western is now in charge of the center’s youth programs, floating lab, aquarium and museum located on Liberty Bay. The center already offers several hands-on programs for kids, including kids camps, field trips and evening events.
