WWU Give Day, held each year at the end of May, is 24 hours’ worth of accelerated online fundraising for scholarships, clubs, academic departments, student support and a wide variety of programs touching every aspect of life at Western.

This year’s Give Day was the biggest yet, raising more funds from more donors than ever before. The sixth annual event raised just over $1 million from 2,544 donors.

Give Day also broke records for the highest number of alumni donors, at 1,542, and the most donors giving $1,000 or more: 92.

Give Day donors were among more than 8,000 people who gave $9.1 million to support WWU students and programs last year.

Give Day 2022 is scheduled for May 26, 2022.
