Ruta Nanivadekar, '14

Nanivadekar, B.A., political science and sociology, has a passion for organizational and community work. Her mission is to empower people with opportunities and skills so that they can create the life they want for themselves. In addition to her work as an organizational development program manager for the city of Bellevue, Nanivadekar is president of the board of Palouse Pathways, which provides resources, information and inspiration to students and their families to help them prepare for colleges and careers after high school. Nanivadekar is also completing a master’s degree in learning and organizational change at Northwestern University.
