Cathy Kim, ‘08, B.A., political science, is golf pro and director of Instruction at Baltimore Country Club. She was recently included in Golf Digest’s 2021 list of Best Young Teachers and has built a substantial social media following offering advice at cathykimgolf on Instagram, TikTok and Twitter. “My mission for golf, has always been to diversify the sport,” Cathy told PGA. com, “and be able to create golf as an equal access sport, regardless of where you come from, how much money you might have or not have. So I saw social as more of an opportunity to be able to grow the game.”
